We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Orders are delivered usually within 7 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.
Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Credit card payment issue
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Orders held because items are out of stock. On occasions, we may be out of stock in our warehouse. In this case your order may take longer as we await the product or will issue a refund for an unavailable product. We will contact you if this happens. A notification will be posted in your order, and you will receive a message confirming a refund if applicable.
- Fedex or other premium carrier circumstances (severe weather, carrier delays, etc.)
We currently ship to all United States. We do not ship FPO (Fleet Post Office) or APO (Army Post Office) location, P.O. boxes or international addresses.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive FREE Shipping on all orders over $65. Alaska and Hawaii surcharges and fees still apply. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We know you are excited to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment.

We want you to love Raindrops! Due to the nature of the products in this online store, we do not accept exchanges. We do accept merchandise returns up to 5 days after a package has been received. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send instructions for shipment back to us. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the original quality in which it was received, and at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
